Our Ethics Pledge

Ethics is important to us. We take our work seriously and take pride in our products.

We make this ethics pledge to each of our clients.

We promise our clients the following:

  1. Our content is 100% human written. We understand that AI detectors often give false positives, particularly for the technical legal content writing we provide. That is out of our control. However, we assure you our content is not AI-generated, nor will it impact your ranking in Google’s SERPs.
  2. Your projects will be personally overseen and reviewed by a Juris Doctor from beginning to end. If non-legal staff are utilized, their work will be carefully analyzed to ensure legal consistency, accuracy, voice, and flow.
  3. Your projects will abide by the current ABA Guidelines for advertising and marketing. If you have particular concerns regarding the Guidelines, please do not hesitate to communicate them with us.
  4. We will not write for your direct competitor. You might be surprised how many large agencies pit local law firms against each other in a digital battle of the SERPs. That said, we must draw the line somewhere:
    • If you hire us to write certain topics for your law firm branch in New York but not New Jersey, we will accept similar law firm clients wanting the same topics in New Jersey but not New York City.
    • If you’re a personal injury law firm in Chicago, but you only want us to write about car accidents, we won’t write about car accidents for other law firms in Chicago, but we will accept projects writing about other accidents in Chicago, such as bicycle, pedestrian, truck, and motorcycle accidents.
      • However, we will prioritize our longest relationships and give you the first right of refusal for these topics.
  5. We will provide you with the highest value of content without cutting corners. If you’re in search of the atypical, we will work with you to devise a plan that fits your needs.
